I’m Jimmy, an easy going, relaxed lad from Manchester. Having travelled and lived in numerous countries, I’m now proud to call the Netherlands my forever home!
I don’t see Barbering as a job, it’s my passion. I love meeting new people, having good conversations and laughs all while giving hair cuts that leave you feeling confident and good about yourself. I like clients to become friends and look forward to our monthly catch ups.
In my free time you will find me playing sports or drinking beer watching sports. Oh, and sometimes I have to spend time with the mrs.

About Thomas
Hello, I’m Thomas, 17 years old and I work as a junior barber at 18 Barbers. I am training to become a barber, so working and learning mean the same thing. I do this with great pleasure. My passion for this profession started when I got a part-time job at 18 Barbers. There I saw the motivation of my colleagues, and that inspired me.
I also really enjoy being in contact with people. In addition to downsizing, I can often be found on the football field, where I play in a team of friends. I also like to have a drink with friends at the weekend. It is always fun in the business with my colleagues. We have a lot of fun together, but we also work hard. I hope to see you in the shop soon!

I was born in Paramaribo and stayed there until I was eight. After that, I ended up in The Hague, and nowadays I regularly travel to the center of Leiden for work.
I’ve been active as a barber for over 9 years. A master of skin fades and beards. Thanks to my training and experience in cutting women’s hair, I’m also skilled with long hair.
I approach every haircut and beard treatment with an in-depth consultation, so I can give you a style that perfectly suits you and your preferences. My steady hand and keen eye continue to amaze my clients time and time again.
You’ll feel right at home after a relaxing head massage during the hair wash.
About Milan
Oioi! I’m Milan, 28 years old and proud resident of the always bustling Alphen aan den Rijn (you know, that village where you either get lost or stay your whole life).
I’ve been a hairdresser for five years, and no, that’s no coincidence. Cutting is my passion. Give me a pair of scissors and a bit of hair, and I’ll transform you from “just out of bed” to “hey, there he goes!” Nothing is as nice as someone who gets out of my chair and feels like a man again.
What drives me? Getting to know new people, good conversations (about football, festivals or why pineapple is allowed on pizza) and above all: the fun in my work. Because if you’re happy with your haircut, I’ll be too, with my scissors in the air like a true hair hero.
On the weekend you can find me either with my friends sailing over the puddles with a beer in hand, sunglasses on, not a hair on my head that thinks about sitting inside. Or pounding away at a techno festival until the sun comes up. Although I have to admit: a quiet evening with some country music and a cold coke is also perfectly fine.
Oh yeah, one more thing… I have a pretty big sneaker collection. Some call it an addiction, I call it: investing in foot happiness. Travis Scotts, Jordans, Yeezys, my shoe closet sometimes looks more like a museum.

Outside the shop, you’ll often find me in the gym or out in nature. Sometimes I game, often I’m with friends, and I’m always busy with my passion for clothing and style.

From a young age, I’ve had an eye for style. Not just in clothing or shoes, but especially in haircuts. I was fascinated by how a clean fade or a sharp line could instantly make someone more confident. What started as curiosity grew into passion — and now I’m bringing that passion to life through my barber training.
I’m Ismael, 17 years old, and a barber in training (junior barber) with one clear goal: not just to make people look better, but also to make them feel better. For me, this craft is so much more than cutting hair. It’s about attention, precision, the trust someone places in your hands, and of course, the connection with the client. I love a good conversation — in my chair you can talk about anything, while you get a fresh fade and a therapy session in one.
My dream? To open my own barbershop — a place where people don’t just come for a haircut, but for the full experience. A spot where style, quality, and hospitality come together. I may still be young, but I know for sure: this is my path.

My name is Thomas Nieuwenhuis, and I’m 19 years old. I was born in Ireland, and when I was 7, my family and I moved to Haarlem. We’ve never left since.
Life at home is never boring — I grew up in a family with four kids. On top of that, we have three dogs, including my lovely dachshund Nala. So there’s always plenty of energy and fun around.
During my training at the Dutch Barber Academy, I discovered my love for the barbering craft — especially cutting as a barber. I’m a hard worker with a sharp eye for detail. So whether you’re looking for a clean fade or you’ve got long hair and want a fresh style, you’ve come to the right place. I truly enjoy seeing clients leave with a smile on their face!
In my free time, I love hanging out with friends — and I won’t say no to a beer. My friends and I recently started playing indoor football as a team.
About Leon
I’m Leon, 17 years old, and cutting hair is truly my passion. It all started when I went to the barber myself and watched videos online, thinking, “I can do this too.” I began cutting my friends’ hair, but quickly realized it was a bit harder than I thought. The more I practiced, the more I enjoyed it, and I knew this is exactly what I want to do.
Besides cutting hair, I’m also very into boxing. The discipline, focus, and perseverance I learn there carry over behind the chair. What I love most about being a barber? Giving people a good feeling and making sure they walk out with a fresh haircut.
